Return and Exchange Policy

My return policy is 14 days. If you wish to return your artwork for a refund, you will have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance to cover the loss should the package be damaged or not received.

To complete your return or exchange, you must request it in writing to maureenkellyart@gmail.com.

Please do not send your purchase back without receiving an acknowledgment from me accepting your return request.

There are certain situations where no refund or exchange is granted:

• Any item not in its original condition,  that is damaged or altered.
• Any item that is outside the 14-day return/exchange window.
• Any item returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Once your returned artwork is received and reviewed, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Once the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your artwork for another piece in my collection, please contact me. As with refunds, there is a 14-day period after you receive your art to request an exchange. If there is a price difference, you will either receive a refund of the difference back to your original method of payment or will be sent an invoice from which to pay the balance due prior to your exchange being shipped to you.

The same requirements apply to exchanges:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• Exchanges must be requested within the 14-day return/exchange window.
• Items returned for exchange without prior authorization will not be eligible for an exchange.
